BERGAMO ORIO AL SERIO - BGY - AIRPORT TRANSPORT INFORMATION (45KM NORTH EAST OF MILAN) Upper town, Bergamo

Airport shuttle buses will take you into the centre of Milan (run by Terravision, Autostradale & Orio Shuttle) – roughly 60 minutes – coaches leave approximately every 30 minutes from outside the arrivals hall. Main stop is Piazza Luigi di Savoia outside Milan Central Station from where you can take the metro onwards.

This airport also services many great Italian ski resorts. Terravision and MTBUS run shuttle buses to the Dolomites and South Tyrol but check in advance to make sure that you can get a suitable connection with your flight.

Worth mentioning what a beautiful town Bergamo itself is. A local ATB bus runs every half hour from outside arrivals at the airport (15 minute journey) and will drop you off at the railway station or at the upper town.

Trains from Bergamo Central Train Station to Milan Central Station run every 30-60 minutes and take approximately 1 hour. There are also regular trains to Brescia.

Autostradale also operate a coach service five times a day to Brescia, which stops at the bus station alongside Brescia railway station.

Taxis are available from outside the arrivals area.
